PKR Beat Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PKR Beat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and PKR Beat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of PKR Beat — including the website, the mobile app, the sports betting section, the casino section or any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the PKR Beat platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically.

These Terms apply to all services offered through PKR Beat, including but not limited to cricket betting, PSL markets, T20 and international cricket betting, football betting, esports wagering, live casino games, slots and all promotional offers made available to registered players.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

PKR Beat is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any bet or wager on PKR Beat. We take this requirement seriously and apply account verification procedures to confirm player age. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds returned subject to the identity verification process.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are registering on your own behalf as an individual, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from PKR Beat or had an account closed for misconduct.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
• You understand that betting and casino gaming involve financial risk and that you may lose the money you deposit.

PKR Beat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on PKR Beat. Duplicate accounts are not allowed. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please use the account recovery option rather than creating a second account. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

When registering your account, you must provide your real name, a valid email address, a contact number and accurate payment account details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. PKR Beat will never ask you for your password. Do not share your account credentials with anyone.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately through the platform. PKR Beat cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials or failing to secure their account.

PKR Beat reserves the right to refuse a registration application or close an existing account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Payments

PKR Beat processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals. The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed in real time.
• Raast — instant bank-to-wallet transfers.
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfers in PKR.
• Debit/Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account. Deposits from payment accounts that do not match the name on your PKR Beat account may be rejected or held pending verification.

PKR Beat does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. We recommend checking with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank before making a transfer. All deposits must come from payment accounts owned by the registered player. Third-party funding is not permitted.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit wherever possible. PKR Beat aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa within one to three hours during normal operating hours. Raast and Bank Transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one working day.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified, including identity and payment account confirmation.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be completed or the bonus forfeited before withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to your chosen payment method.

PKR Beat reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud procedure and is not a reflection on the legitimacy of any individual player's winnings. Players are encouraged to complete full account verification immediately after registration to avoid delays when withdrawing.

6. Betting Rules

PKR Beat offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and domestic tournaments), football and esports. All bets are subject to the specific market rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. These rules are accessible within each market on the platform.

Key betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check the details of any bet — stake, odds, selection and market — before confirming.
• Odds displayed on PKR Beat are correct at the time of display but may change before your bet is accepted, particularly in live in-play markets.
• In the event of a cricket match being abandoned, reduced in overs due to weather or suspended without a result, settlement will follow the relevant market-specific rules.
• Palpable errors in odds — where odds are clearly published incorrectly due to a technical or human error — do not create an obligation to settle bets at the erroneous price. PKR Beat reserves the right to void bets placed at palpably incorrect odds.
• Accumulator bets that include a voided selection will have that leg treated as a non-runner, with the bet settling on the remaining legs.
• Maximum win limits per bet or per market may apply. These are shown within the relevant market prior to bet placement.

PKR Beat reserves the right to limit or restrict betting markets, individual accounts or specific bet types at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are identified.

7. Casino Rules

PKR Beat's casino section includes slots, live roulette, live blackjack, live baccarat and game show titles sourced from certified game providers. All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Live casino games operate under real dealer conditions in professionally managed studios.

Casino game rules are governed by the individual game provider's rules, which are accessible within each game. PKR Beat does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a casino game, incomplete game rounds may be voided and stakes returned, subject to available transaction records. PKR Beat cannot be held responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side that affect game play.

Casino bonuses, free spins and promotional credits are subject to the bonus terms set out in Section 8 of these Terms. Casino winnings derived from bonus funds remain subject to wagering requirements until those requirements are fully met.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

PKR Beat offers a range of promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions and seasonal offers tied to events such as PSL. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the offer. By opting into any promotion, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules applicable across all PKR Beat promotions include:

• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance can be processed.
• Wagering requirements and eligible games or markets are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for individual player use. Coordinated or systematic bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts or collusion with other players — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• PKR Beat reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. This will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of the change.
• Free bets and promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from free bets or promotional credits are withdrawable, subject to any applicable wagering requirements.

9. Player Conduct

PKR Beat expects all players to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Opening more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, display bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, particularly live poker or live table games.
• Engaging in any activity that PKR Beat reasonably suspects to constitute match-fixing, insider betting or the use of privileged information in sports betting.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may damage the platform or its reputation.

PKR Beat monitors account activity for patterns that suggest a breach of these conduct rules. Where a breach is suspected, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend or close an account pending investigation, and to withhold associated funds until the investigation is concluded.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

PKR Beat reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment credentials.
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Player has self-excluded or requested a cooling-off period via the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Regulatory, compliance or risk management requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, PKR Beat reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — such as a platform-initiated decision — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable checks.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect any active bonus wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests at the time of the closure request.

11. Responsible Gaming
